Brian Hoskins Ford is looking for individuals who are interested in a career in New and Pre-Owned Automotive Sales.

We are a 65 year old company deeply embedded in our community. We are seeking personality and passion. We have kept our well tenured employees busy through the toughest times. We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven sales professionals for new and pre-owned vehicles. In this position, you will walk with clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership. Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will not only help close the sale, but secure customers for life. We only succeed when you do. Salary range listed includes all sources of income; salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.

Sales, good communication, and customer service skills are a must.

Qualifications

• In addition to Automotive Sales experience, successful applicants have come from interactive backgrounds such as Servers, Bartenders, Retail Sales like phone, clothing, furniture, etc.
• REQUIRED: Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Input all clients in Customer Management system.
• Follow proven sales processes.
• Ensure a superior client experience.
• Follow up with all sold and un-sold clients.
• Continuous employee training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
