COMPENSATION

• $8,000 per month SALARY + $4,500 - $13,000+ per month COMMISSION ($150,000 - $250,000+ per year)
• Work / Life Balance - 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday (Skip rush hour traffic), 9am - 7pm Saturday. You'll have Tuesday's and Sunday's off, 2 days per week. 40 - 50 hours per week.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Automotive Finance / Sales Manager, you will be the face of CarHeroes and a customer's first experience with CarHeroes. You will have the freedom to work deals A to Z - start to finish, sell awesome cars, and sell awesome F&I products. You'll also have a lot of visibility, great opportunity to learn and grow!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This position is for Top-Performers only, responsible for producing at Top Performance in vehicle and F&I sales, in a hybrid role, completing the customer's transaction start to finish, A to Z. As an Automotive Finance / Sales Manager, you will:

• Sell minimum 20+ vehicles per month
• Produce minimum 40% - 50%+ F&I products penetrations, specifically VSC & GAP
• Effectively respond to Sales Opportunities (Internet, Phone, Showroom Ups), Schedule Appointments, and Generate Business
• Effectively use eLead CRM to generate more opportunities
• Submit deals to lenders
• Structure and re-hash deals for approval
• Desk deals & contract customers

WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES

To be able to do your job at CarHeroes, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

• Automotive F&I experience required. Applicants without F&I experience will not be considered.
• Minimum 40% - 50% F&I products penetrations, specifically VSC & GAP (F&I performance reporting will be requested).
• JM&A training & experience preferred.
• Multi-task in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrate solid communication skills with both internal and external customers. This entails speaking and listening effectively during interactions with our customers.
