Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional goals and objectives
- Oversee the operations of multiple locations within the region
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional staff members
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to travel within the region as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
