Microwave Techniques is searching f or a Sales Administrator in our Gorham, ME location! What will you do in this role?

• Maintaining accurate customer and sales data in CRM, generating appropriate metrics.
• Provide general support to the sales team with key planning and operational tasks to support the strategic business goals.
• Coordinate and ensure accuracy of sales forecasts.
• Monitor streams of requests for new business and appropriately coordinate to sales team.
• Maintain communication flow within the organization by updating and accurately recording sales order updates among other data tracking.
• Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
• Act as the gatekeeper for Export Control requirements and assist with research and license applications, as needed. · Maintain government portals as needed. · Provide support to the Sales Engineers by pulling together presentations and other resources.
• Monitor and assist with streamlining of current systems and processes.
• Coordinate tradeshow arrangements, scheduling meetings, and customer visits.
• Cross-training with multiple team functions will provide opportunities for continued growth and learning.

What do you need to be successful?

• Associates/Bachelor's in business and/ or marketing preferred.
• Self-starter and fast learner who can adapt to a sales environment.
• Ability to refocus and work on prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a team player, be a self-starter and curious.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Adept at all common computer/software programs such as Microsoft Office products and Adobe.
