ICON Real Estate Services, Inc. is a locally-owned property management firm serving the greater Puget Sound Region since 2016. We are a team of seasoned professionals who work collaboratively to serve our clients’ and residents’ needs. We are looking for qualified property management professionals to join our team as we continually grow and expand.

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 183-unit lease up property in Bremerton! Must have at least 5 years of on-site management experience including lease up experience with the ability to supervise a leasing and maintenance staff and capital expense projects.

Other Qualifications:

• Educated in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Laws
• Knowledgeable in AppFolio strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Tech-savvy and STRONGLY self organized
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to direct staff in juggling various tasks
• Strong customer service experience and ability to maintain resident retention
• Strong marketing experience and knowledgeable in local rental market trends
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule as property demands fluctuate

• Provide job references related to property management industry

Salary and Benefits:

• $70k (DOE) with opportunity to grow portfolio
