Our growing company is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in meeting with clients, selling new products and services, and assisting in maintaining an extensive knowledge of the company's products and services. This is a great opportunity for an experienced real estate sales individual who seeks to work in an environment where ideas are encouraged and rewarded. The right person for this position will be motivated, have excellent communication and sales skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Real estate license required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and converse with potential clients. Present package options and complete transactions. You must be able to ask for the money.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have knowledge of the travel industry, tourism industry trends, and travel pricing and promotion, preferably of timeshares and vacation club but we can train enthusiastic candidates potentially.
• Demonstrate proper communication skills with clients from various cultures.
• Possess strong negotiation and listening skills.
• Colorado Real Estate Broker's License Required
• Willing to pay and supply real estate license if other qualifications do fit the role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
