Our client collaborates with local authors and experts to create comprehensive and engaging publications that showcase the distinct character, culture, and heritage of various places. Their books often cover topics like local attractions, landmarks, hidden gems, historical events, and other points of interest.

They are looking to add an Account Manager to the team in St. Louis, MO. This is an in-office role that would require some travel (1X /month). Im looking for someone that would be open to being 100% commission after ramp up (3-6 months)

Call Points: Gift and Book Retailers

Day-to-Day:

• Both an inside and outside sales role
• Hunting and closing new business
• Managing current accounts
• Visiting local clients
• Travel to bigger accounts if needed

Compensation/ Benefits:

• Strong Base ($50K+) + UNCAPPED commission
• Top reps $90-100K
• Health & Dental Insurance benefits

• Commissions get paid out monthly

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (book, retail, and gift space would be an ACE)
• Not afraid to prospect with cold calling
• A hunter and closer- with numbers to speak to your success
• Negotiation skills
