RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with either sellers or buyers as a consultative salesperson.
• Negotiating contracts and repairs.
• Prospect for new clients daily – via phone and in person.
• Effective lead follow-up.
• Involved with networking and community events.
• Becoming the local expert in your area.
• A desire to leverage systems at a high level.
• In partnership with the team – recruit, hire and retain talent.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a member of The Bell Team, you are coached and equipped to sell a minimum of 2-4 homes a month with a desire to increase production year over year.

• 1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred

$100,000+ (Commission Based)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
