We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for our growing automotive dealership! The right candidate MUST have a proven track record in automotive sales and some relevant managerial experience (preferably in a sales department within the Automotive industry).

We are growing and looking for a driven individual ready to take charge and start to build a sales team as we bring more vehicles onto our lot. Earning potential is high!

Daily training/learning required, must pay attention to detail and maintain a professional appearence. Earning commission based on sales performance pay range from $70,000-100,000 plus per year.

Automotive Sales Manager Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business
  • Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction
  • Hires and trains sales reps
  • Supervise and assists sales team with processing or completing sales
  • Sets schedules and motivates sales team
  • Oversees department inventory, including both retail and wholesale units
  • Responsible for sales price
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to policies
  • Motivate, hire, train and monitor the performance of all sales employees

Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Automotive Sales experience
  • Automotive management experience
  • Strong computer skills as specifically pertain to the automotive digital programs
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Proven track record of successful selling
  • Team Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floor
  • Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
