Full description of the position

The on-site property manager responsibilities will include:

- 8 hour workday in a residential building / office environment

- All aspects relating to the building's management

- Receiving phone calls

- Apartment leasing / showings

- Collection activities

- Scheduling inspections

- Coordinating maintenance requests

- Scheduling access for apartment maintenance

- Contacting vendors

Compensation $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience
