Buchroeders Jewelers, located in downtown Columbia, MO, is currently seeking a full-time Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate sales and build long-term loyalty
• Act as an expert in luxury jewelry products and services, providing guidance and advice to clients
• Work closely with the production team to source diamonds and finalize setting designs
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals to support business growth
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of products for customers
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
• Maintain accurate customer information in an organized manner in the CRM program
• Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention
• Continuously adapt to evolving business needs and growth opportunities
• Support other areas of the business as needed

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
• A passion for high-end luxury and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Expertise in luxury jewelry products and services, with a focus on diamonds and bridal jewelry

Career Objectives:

• Generate sales through effective client building and continual follow up.
• Oversee all facets of sales transactions. Maintain continuous client communication through sales cycle.
• Achieve $1 million in topline sales at a 50% margin in your first 12 months of employment.

• Position is five days a week in office, including Saturday’s which are crucial for success.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is based on the gross profit produced through personal retail jewelry sales and related services. The position comes with a salary guarantee which is applied to the revenue share. During the first 365 days (year 1) of employment, there is a salary guarantee, with any additional earnings over the guarantee to be paid at the end of the 365 days. Annual salary guarantee is applied against all forms of earned commission. The starting compensation is in the ballpark of $45,000 a year with potential up to $100,000 based on personal sales.

Other Benefits:

One-week paid vacation, figured and paid at the same arrangement described above. The company will pay 50% of health and dental insurance costs. Insurance eligibility is on the 1st day of the month following a 60-day waiting period. Buchroeders offers a Simple IRA plan with annual employer match of up to 3%. The plan entry date for the Simple IRA is January 1st
