We are looking for the right fit to add to our team. The position is for full-time employment and is best for someone who is outgoing and enjoys working with customers.

Job Description:

Flooring Sales Representatives must learn and understand the layout of the showroom and the products displayed. Flooring Sales Representative assist customers with coordinating product selections and finishes, as well as estimating the costs of the project. The position will require representatives to visit customer's homes to measure for selected products. Flooring Sales Representative also assists the Sales Department with administrative tasks as needed. Candidates need to have prior flooring sales experience and be self motivated. We support each other as a team, but individual drive and passion for customer satisfaction is what makes this position successful!

Qualifications:

* At Least 2 Years of Prior flooring sales experience

* Computer Proficient

* In-Person Customer Service Experience

* Exceptional People Skills

* Problem Solver

* Confident & Outgoing

* Self Motivated

* Good Organizational Skills

* Professional Image and Attitude

A Plus If:

* Microsoft Office, Xactimate, 20/20 Design or Quickbooks software

* Product and sales experience for backsplashes, countertops or bathroom vanities
