Full description of the position
You’ve got a head for details and a knack for remembering names. You know what it takes to organize a route, keep your product merchandised and stay engaged with your retailers. You don’t mind being physically active or spending time in the car and you’re not afraid to troubleshoot technology. But mostly, you get a huge charge out of beating sales targets and being rewarded for it!

Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships
- Merchandise product with planograms; replace dispensers and re-stock supplies
- Create sales by introducing new products, training retailers and players, marketing at special events and recruiting new retailers
- Manage inventory, perform site surveys, provide new product inventory
- Assist current and potential retailers with contract information and facilitate the onboarding process for new retailers
- One to three years of route sales experience preferred
- Experience in prospecting and cold calling
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Frequent driving required
- Irregular hours required on occasion
- Valid Class C Driver's License and good driving record
- Notary Public is preferred
