Property Management, Bookkeeping Assistant and customer service in a fast pace real estate sales & property management company.
Duties:
Accounts receivable, payable, bank reconciliation, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence with owners, tenants & vendors in reference to accounts, support of the Broker, agents, maintenance manager and assist in the day to day functions of the office and management department. This will include answering company phones.
Skills:
Office procedure, following instruction, multi tasking, written and oral communication, filing/paper management, data entry, office equipment, customer service, research, self motivation.
Qualifications:
Familiar with computers & software programs. Experience working with customers through email, text, phone and office walk ins.
Preferences:
Experience with MLS, real estate office/property management procedures and great personality when interacting with others.
Education:
Required High School Diploma
