Full description of the position

The premier jewelry store in East Tennessee is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team. We are proud to represent many of the top luxury brands in the jewelry industry. Our sales professionals are key members of our team and are ambassadors for our brand as well as the top-tier brands we carry. We promote a professional and positive atmosphere and are looking for team members who contribute to our successes daily.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building and Sales
  • Ability to write a minimum of $1M of retail business annually
  • Ability to grow the company's client base through proficient use of our Point of Sale System and excellent sales etiquitte
  • Expertise in brands through continued education
  • Awareness of industry and fashion trends
  • Maintaining a pristine workspace and showroom

Expectations and Requirements

  • Must show integrity and always be honest
  • Must be dependable, reliable, professional and always act as a team player
  • Professional dress required
  • Must keep a positive attitude at all times
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • High school diploma at a minimum
  • Must be able to work Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Experience

  • 1+ years luxury sales
  • Jewelry industry experience preferred
  • GIA / AGS certifications preferred

Compensation

  • Hourly rate plus commissions

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
