Automotive Sales Qualifications:

· An outgoing and friendly personality that can handle objections during the sales process.

· Must be persistent, competitive, possess a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

· Must be able to learn and retain information.

· Strong communication and language skills. Spanish speaking is preferred but, not required.

· We prefer a minimum of 2 years in auto sales experience or a related type of work.

· Greet customers and introduce them to the dealership.

· Assist all customers in making their purchases.
