The Car Store in Salisbury is seeking motivated and positive individuals for its automotive sales team. The individual must have high energy with a professional attitude, strong communication skills, good work ethic and the ability to multi-task.

Some of the responsibilities include:

-Providing exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
-Communicating effectively both in-person and over the phone to discover the customer’s wants and needs.
-Serving as an advocate for The Car Store by sharing what makes us the smart choice.
-Consulting and guiding your customers to the appropriate next step based on their situation.
-Facilitating steps of the sale, such as the vehicle appraisal process, taking test drives, and working with management during the financing process.
-Reading, collecting, and transcribing data in order to complete accurate paperwork.
-Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training, and welcoming performance feedback.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
-Gain familiarity with other company products and services, including warranties,
and insurance products, etc.
-Be cognizant of competitive practices, including equipment, prices, models, and sales practices.
-Maintaining the sales area so our vehicles and products are neatly and accurately displayed.
-Maintains a professional appearance.
-Other duties may be added by management based on needs of the business.

*Please note that pay is based on commission and will be paid per our commission agreement to be signed upon hire*

Employment is contingent on candidate having a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Valid Driver's License

Pay: $71,509.00 - $79,068.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Salisbury, MD 21801: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
