Job Summary
Currently, we are seeking to hire a Marketing and Leasing Manager for the Los Angeles area. The Marketing and Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all properties leasing and assisting the property manager with all operational aspects including marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while encouraging and promoting a positive living environment for all residents.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the Senior Property Manager in all areas of property operations
- Oversee the sales/leasing team, assisting with leasing as needed
- CRM lead management oversight
- Management of move-ins and move-outs
- Lease up and management of affordable housing units within the project
- Help plan and execute resident events, open house events, and outreach marketing
- Assist in leading/training a team of leasing, concierge, and service personnel
- Walk the property and tour path regularly to ensure 10/10 curb appeal, submit reports to management on property condition
- Operate and understand Appfolio, RentMaximizer, and Market Surveys
- Operate financially within the approved budget
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

Benefits and Perks
- Pay will be $50K-65K annually based on experience
- Full-time employment includes eligibility to join our Group Health Insurance program, Vision Program, FSA (Flexible Spending Program) Program, Paid Time Off (5/year), Sick Days (6/year) and Holidays. Participate in the company 401k plan with employer match. It also includes eligibility to join us on the coolest corporate sponsored events/parties throughout the yearPay will be $15-$19hr (Depending on Experience)
