Job Title: Community Liaison - Home Care

Company: Home Health Care, Inc.

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area

Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 + Commission

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

Benchmarks of Success:

• Prospecting new business through calls, drop-ins, meetings, and events
• Connect with other healthcare organizations to build further brand awareness and partnerships with potential referral opportunities in the community
• Serving clients, families, and communities by acting as a consultant to address needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and community organizations
• Represent Home Health Care Inc. at community events, networking functions, and professional conferences
• Conduct presentations and educational sessions to raise awareness of our services and the benefits of home care
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care for our clients
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist with marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of promotional materials

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in community outreach, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the home care industry
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
