What You’ll Do:
Process Adjustments. Process adjustments of billing errors, recognize the source of the errors, and continuously work to improve accuracy in billing. Process haul payment adjustments.
Manage Sales Activities and Reports. Manage and initiate the activities required to complete sales chargebacks and re-bills. Run daily exception and Re-Price reports. Manage sales order tax exemption status and collect certificates if needed.
Collaborate. Coordinate the clearing of daily ticketing edits with the extended sales team, POAs, and the corporate AR Services team. Work closely with the credit department to assist in account reconciliation and collection efforts.
Enter Quotes. Enter quotes and orders in APEX with exceptional data integrity, attention to detail, and timeliness.
Provide Customer Support. Provide superior support and service to the internal sales organization and external customers, constantly striving to improve customer experience.
Champion Continuous Improvement. Proactively identify opportunities and recommend improvements to processes and procedures in the organization in order to promote maximum efficiency and enhance customer support.
Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
Skills You’ll Need:
Education. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. BA in Business Administration is preferred.
Experience. Experience in the aggregates industry is preferred. Relevant business administration experience is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills. Must have excellent oral communication skills with the ability to interface with many different audiences. Must have strong relationship building skills.
Analytical Skills. Must have strong analytical and business skills. Must be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Must have a strong analytical orientation with the ability to apply analytical concepts to complex business problems.
Time Management Skills. Must have planning, prioritizing, and coordinating skills. Must have strong organizational skills. Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to work in a stressful, deadline oriented environment that requires complex, technical information and decision making.
Technology Skills. Working knowledge of APEX and/or equivalent sales quoting software.
