JOB SUMMARY:
Our HVAC New Construction Salesperson is a valued, respected member of our team, and will always be representing Premier Systems in a professional manner with integrity while driving new sales, building and retaining a positive relationship with all customers, contractors, vendors, developing new accounts, closing deals, attending trade shows, etc.
COMPENSATION: Base Salary $50,000 + Commission (Anticipated $80,000 to $100,000+ per year)

- Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards.
- Reviews, interprets, and evaluates HVAC new construction drawings/blueprints, bid documents, submittals, specifications, RFI's, identify discrepancies and understand how to address them accordingly, and execute a project's scope of work.
- Prepares and accurately estimate plans & specifications to design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating systems and other related software.
- Responsible for submittal review, submitting estimate, and job coordination with Project Manager.
- Possess the ability to evaluate changes and adapt quickly throughout the bid process.
- Obtaining and evaluating material, direct labor, manufacture equipment pricing.
- Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.
- Establish and maintain contractor and vendor relationships.
- Perform site surveys and attend pre-bid walkthroughs.
- Ability to manage multiple bids.
- Ability to read and interpret estimated quantities and values and assist in the procurement of equipment & materials.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities based on the needs of the job to meet production deadlines.
- Coordinates with Project Manager to ensure the work of the field personnel in a manner that maintains job site Safety Standards and cleanliness.
- Coordinates with Project Manager to ensure material and manpower needs and accurately prepares for future requirements as it pertains to the scope of the project.
- Reviews, identifies, and provides resolution to deficient work as required.

- Participate actively in all training and ongoing education.
- Must demonstrate learning-retention and field level application of knowledge and skills attained from all trainings provided.
- Participate with industry trade organizations to enhance exposure to new industry-related business, enhance relations, and ultimately add volume.
- Able to maintain confidentiality about Premier Systems matters such as price and cost schedules, company finances, and/or any information about Premier Systems to competitors and clients that may be interpreted as unethical.
- Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards.
- Follow company procedures for generating referrals.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or General Manager
REQUIREMENTS & PREFERENCES:
- New construction residential/commercial HVAC experience (preferred)
- Must have at least two years of sales experience (required)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check. (required)
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. (required)
- QuoteSoft or ability to learn and understand software quickly (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required)
- Strong customer service orientation (preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC products and services (preferred)
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (required)
- Reliable and self-motivated (required)
- Excellent time management skills (required)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills (required)
HOURS:
- Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
JOB TYPE:

- Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime)
