We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to join our Knoxville team. In this role, you will be an advisor to our clients and prospects alike. You will utilize your excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the clients. You will ensure transparency, honesty, and empathy in all your interactions. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to receive continued training. We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development. The ideal candidate will have insurance sales experience and a Property and Casualty License. The compensation is an hourly wage of $8 - $12 per hour ($16,640 - $24,960 per year). With commission + bonus opportunities, may make up to $??? Per year.
As a bonus, we have 2 office cats to brighten our days.
Salary Range: $25000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Follow-up on leads generated from referrals, networking, and other lead sources
- Counsel prospects on insurance policies based on their needs and goals and present solutions.
- Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Ensure policies (both new and renewals) have accurate ratings, coverages, and other details.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Achieve or surpass sales expectations and objectives established by management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- Tennessee Property and Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
- 1+ years of insurance experience REQUIRED
- 1+ years of Personal Lines Sales and Quoting experience REQUIRED
- Attend Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University REQUIRED - paid for by the agency.
- Must like and work well with cats.
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Show professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Able to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
- Detail-oriented, out-of-the-box problem solver
