Bear Mountain Custom Painting is a residential painting and remodeling company serving North Metro Atlanta since 2005. We have grown and expanded over the years and operate an exterior solutions division: Bear Mountain Exterior Solutions.

We are now looking to hire our next Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to the further growth and expansion of our Roofing Division.

Qualifications:

• You have worked in the residential roofing industry for at least 3 years
• You are excellent at identifying hail & wind damage
• You are highly driven and seek to win
• You excel at building relationships
• You are a top-notch communicator
• You have outstanding people skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform roof inspections to identify damages and propose solutions (climb roofs)
• Compose detailed reports and quotes for roof replacement projects
• Meet with insurance adjusters at homeowner’s properties to review damages
• Prospect and market for new roofing clients via cold calls, Door to Door canvassing, and company-provided leads

Pay: $85,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
