Excellent opportunity to work with a premier property development company as Industrial Property Manager. This role is for an independent and highly skilled professional who is a good fit with an industry-leading team.

General Duties:

• Develop and maintain working relationships with tenants and decision-makers
• Coordinate and assure resolution to tenant issues
• Create and manage budgets for individual properties within portfolio
• Initiate and oversee tenant improvements as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial/industrial real estate property management.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation and ability to work independently while within a professional team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to establish and maintain rapport with business community and interact with various levels of professionals.
• Yardi experience or similar software required.

Solid understanding of budgets and financials.

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related area of study required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
