Manager Client Success

If you have led and motivated a team to delight Fortune 500 clients in a professional, corporate environment, we are interested in speaking with you! The Manager of Client Operations is responsible for leading and developing a team of client analysts and data specialists. The department is accountable for client relationships/satisfaction with software implementations and ongoing partnerships. The Manager of Client Success collaborates directly with their team to ensure all team members are well trained, provided individual mentorship, and can thrive in their careers with us.

What you will do in the role

  • Provide mature day to day leadership for a team of 6-8 Client Success professionals. This is an in-office role.
  • Drive the team to new heights and high standards set by the organization.
  • Develop and mentor the team to maximize their opportunity.
  • Monitor client needs, reporting, and integration activities.
  • Ensure clients are delighted and confident in the support we provide.
  • Resolve significant client escalations.
  • Evaluate client performance and report on paths to increase their efficiency and value with NeuAnalytics products and services.
  • Travel and visit with clients as needed. (<10%)
  • Optimize operations to increase delivery speed and quality.

What will make you successful in the role?

  • Proven leadership managing, inspiring, developing, and motivating teams of at least 10+ employees in different positions and career stages.
  • Five+ years of experience in managing direct reports including: hiring, performance evaluations, salary administration, discipline, coaching.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Thoughtful management practices.
  • Keen insight on client needs to quickly deliver solutions.
  • Innovative thinking to identify new opportunities both internally and with clients.
  • BA degree, MBA is a plus.
