We are growing in the community and nationwide as MT Studio works in over thirty states. With this growth, we need someone with experience as an Account Manager. This position will support the design team by managing the process workflow for all projects. Specific Responsibilities Include:

· Day-to-day project flow management to maximize client satisfaction.

· Assists Principal with Proposal process and contract follow up as well as client interactions and change orders.

· Oversees project flow in established software [please apply online] Interacts with clients, peers, design consultants, general contractors, etc., to ensure schedules are completed on time and within scope of services rendered.

· Oversees Permit Technician and assists with building department initiatives as needed.

· Lead on data compilation of pre- and post- mortems of projects. Meet with principal, business manager, and peers to review actual to budget figures.

· Meets regularly with Business manager to review budget, expenses, and job reports.

· Interaction with design consultants as needed to ensure project deadlines are met and/or new deadlines are approved by peers and clients.

· Utilize Scope of Work as a tool to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to their deliverables to ensure successful and timely project completion.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in project/account management.

· Excellent communications skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.
