Full description of the position

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Prospecting/lead generation, maintaining existing clients, and achieving sales goals
• Prior roofing sales, estimating and project management experience
• Thorough knowledge of roofing systems (Steep Slope, Asphalt Shingle, Slate, Shake, Tile, Low Slope, (EPDM, TPO, Modified, Edge metal, etc.)
• Preparing detailed job estimate package which may include a full written description of the job including detailed roof map, photographs, measurements, location of penetrations, and other pertinent information necessary to develop an accurate cost estimate
• Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures to determine the best way for installation of roofing systems.
• Supervise the production of projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors; Osha & safety compliance
• Attend weekly company sales meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative to solve problems, achieve results, work independently and work in an entrepreneurial culture.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to change and adapt to customer and company needs
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software as needed
• Ability to carry and climb ladders, confidence on roof top to thoroughly document roof conditions, measurements, etc.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Being presentable and professional
• Strong work ethic, takes responsibility, demonstrates a commitment to excellence, success, and honesty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
