Opici Family Distributing of New York/RNDC New York is seeking multiple dynamic outgoing Sales Associates. We are a family-owned Company that represent fine wines and spirits from all over the world. OPICI Family Distributing is a family-owned business in wine and spirits for over 100 years. RNDC is a family-owned business that has evolved into one of the nation’s leading wholesale beverage alcohol distributors. This is an excellent opportunity to join OUR Team!

Open positions:

• Sales Representatives UNY and Metro NY:
  • Salary to start (up to 18 months) based on territory and experience ranging from $55,000 to $100,000. A transition to a 100% commissioned position with an established draw against commission. Commission rates paid in accordance with the Local 2D Collective Bargaining Agreement.
    
• Regional Sales Managers UNY (North County and Rochester):
  • Annual base salary based on territory and experience ranging from $85,000 to $120,000.

Main Responsibilities:

• Increase sales in on and off premise accounts as well as add new accounts to the territory.
• Execute an overall sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and placement goals.
• Provide exemplary sales and ongoing customer service for all accounts including in-store tastings and staff trainings
• Professionally plan and execute supplier market visits in your territory.
Attend sales meetings, annual portfolio tastings and other company events.

Qualifications:

• 4yrs industry experience.
• Passion for fine wine and craft spirits and desire to increase overall knowledge through education.
• Must be outgoing, personable and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must own or have daily access to a vehicle.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be highly organized.
• Computer literate with Excel skills.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
