Job Description:

• Automotive Sales Representatives gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and differentiate them to existing and potential customers
• Automotive Sales Representatives Spend time with clients to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
• Travel to meet with potential customers and gain their business
• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

By using prospecting skills, sales tools and an outgoing personality this position will capitalize on opportunities untapped in our market.

• Must have previous retail sales or outside sales experience
• Must have palpable and contagious enthusiasm. You must be able to set goals with positive outlook on achieving them.
• Must be able to find common ground quickly with prospects in order to make a connection.
• Must be able to use that as a foundation for building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, with emphasis on listening to the customers in order to meet their needs.
• Strong ability in note taking and follow up are a must.
• Must encompass a customer-centric personality with the ability to take pride in being someones solution.
• The right candidate will view themselves as a resource to our customers.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
