Full description of the position

We are looking for a experienced Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and be able to develop and execute effective strategies to reach our target audience. Will be able to achieve the sales quota and a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Manage campaigns and promotions to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Create content for marketing materials, including websites, emails, brochures, etc.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
• Track record and drive to achieving sales quotas
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• Previous Marketing experience required
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Effective interpersonal skills in relating to physicians, other health specialists in the community, management, and co-workers both over the phone and in person.
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with health care reimbursement.
• Good organizational skills
• Flexible in visiting other hospitals or clinics outside Laredo (like Zapata)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $37,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zapata, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• marketing and sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
