Full description of the position

In pursuit of delighting customers and enhance B2C / B2B fulfilment warehouse /sorting center efficiency to the next level , Cainiao has developed in-house technology products and services that have transformed the way to run their businesses.

These Cainiao in-house technology product provide one stop automated solutions to our customers : included but not limited to material/parcels handling equipment such as conveyors, scanners, cameras, sortation , parcel track and trace device, Warehouse Management systems (WMS) , Order Management System ( OMS) , print and apply systems, scales, control cabinets and associated Transportation Management system, also providing training for client on device troubleshooting , preventive and after sales maintenance.

Our technology product and service has been widely applied to FMCG - Industrial - Manufacturing clients and ecom last mile carriers clients in China , South East Asia and Europe Market.

The envision position holder, will be our marketing and business develop manager to promote above mention Cainiao inhouse technology product into North American Market place.

Main Job duties :

1.Dig out local market client needs , Responsible for defining and executing a best-in-class commercial sales plan. Drive customer acquisition and usage of Cainiao auto tech portfolio of products and services. Meet up monthly/ quarterly / annual sales target budget.

2.Formulate marketing strategy and tech product / tech sales solutions for variable vertical clients in Mexico / USA / Canada (North American Market)

3.Work in a hands-on manner with multiple functions and product team , actively monitor pre-sales leads generation , in sales process, after sales follow up to provide a high level of availability-tech service to customers.

4.Work alongside global teams to support the project implementation and continuously improve.

Requirements

1. Familiar with ecom B2C/ B2B fulfillment warehouse automation technology , small parcel distribution and sorting center technology.

2. Business development experience in North American Market. Candidates with key clients network and sales experience preferred

3. Strong Capability in problems solving , forming client solutions in target vertical (included but not limited to FMCG - Industrial - Manufacturing and ecom last mile carriers)

4. Willingness to travel. work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
