Hi-Speed Industrial Service is a hoist and crane company seeking an Inside Sales Support person in the Millington, TN area. This candidate will interact with a group of customers to quote Hi-Speed products and enter orders resulting from those quotes. Interaction with customers to answer general inquires, resolve issues and handle customer complaints. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image in our office and in the presence of our customers and uphold a can-do attitude at all times. Team player is preferred.

Inside Sales Support Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to a group of customers in a timely manner
• Resolve customer related issues
• Provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns

Job Requirements:

• Provide quotes to customers
• Order Entry
• Check order/shipping status
• Strong communication skills
• Basic office etiquette
• Field customer questions/concerns and respond quickly
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
