The Only Roses is a high-end floral boutique located in Westfield Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, CA. We are renowned for creating the original Everlasting Roses, which are real roses that retain their beauty indefinitely. Our website is [please apply online] We are currently seeking enthusiastic retail sales associates to join our team at the Westfield Arcadia Mall location.

The schedule for this position requires availability on weekends, afternoons, evenings, and holidays. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting clients in selecting the perfect flower arrangements, crafting beautiful flower arrangements, managing inventory, cleaning, and other related duties.

The current shift hour is from 1 PM to 9 PM.

Candidates for this position must have at least one year of experience in luxury retail sales. Florist experience is not required, as we offer opportunities for sales associates to learn and grow into florists.

We offer monthly sales commission upto 4%

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 3 years (Required)
• Mall Retail Sales: 2 years (Required)
