The Office Planning Group, Inc. is seeking a fulltime Sales Manager based in our corporate office in Iron Mountain, Michigan. OPG has been servicing and supplying office equipment and furniture in the Upper Peninsula and northern Wisconsin since 1991 and we have experienced continued growth and expansion throughout our history. We have offices in Iron Mountain, Marquette, Hancock, and Menominee, MI. We are a tight knit, supportive team dedicated to providing the best products and service to our customers.

The sales manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of the company by overseeing and leading the sales team through regular training and coaching sessions. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets, foster strong relationships with key clients, ensure customer satisfaction, assist in key decision making, continuously evaluate and improves sales processes and, provide valuable insights to other management to drive overall business growth.

Candidates for the Sales Manager Position should have managerial experience, computer software skills, sales and/or marketing skills, effective communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

The Sales Manager position includes the following duties:

· Efficient management of Sales Representatives in OPG’s four territories

· Creation of custom pricing to meet customer needs and circumstances

· Creation of Sales Proposals

· Coordination of new leases and lease fulfillment

· Accurately checking and submitting sales orders

· Coordination of Marketing opportunities

· Effective communication with team members and customers

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
