Inside Sales Representative

A2P is looking to expand our Inside Sales Department and is looking for an experienced, talented, and competitive Inside Sales Representative for our Allegan, MI office and offers excellent compensation and benefits along with organic career growth opportunities based on results. Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through CRM Data Base and CMD/Dodge leads follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and improving goodwill of the Company
- Informs customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer
- Represents the Company in resolving customer issues or complaints
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Area Sales Manager for further development and closure
- Perform virtual AIA continuing education lunch/learn sessions
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Work with Territory Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and National Sales Manager
- Sales Travel as required
Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Technical / Mechanical aptitude a plus
- Strong phone presence and experience in high volume outbound sales calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Microsoft Business platform and CRM knowledge a plus
Experience
·2-4 year experience in Sales experience
