We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a full-time Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for finding, managing, and closing inbound and outbound leads. You will play an important role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, manage sales cycles, and prioritize sales efforts to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct sales calls and product demos to potential clients showcasing the features and benefits of SQUAVA.
- Understand and assess client pains and needs and tailor sales pitches to their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and account management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position SQUAVA in the market.
- Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM and report on sales activities and outcomes to management.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the software or the professional service firm industry.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge about the engineering and architecture industries and their business practices is a big plus.
- Strong prospecting skills and the ability to generate leads through various channels.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with the ability to build trust and establish relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM tools for lead management and sales tracking.
- Work between the normal business hours 7am to 6pm (USA - mountain time) Monday - Friday.
- Be responsible, accountable, and honest
- Have a quiet and appropriate workspace, free from distractions, that will allow you to effectively work remotely
- Have an internet connection that will allow you to effectively communicate with leads through phone or web conferencing software
- Have a computer that can effectively and reliably access the internet and our web-based softwares with a webcam, speakers, and microphone
