GMSi Group, Inc.is an importer and distributor of machine tools, accessories and abrasive tooling used primarily in metal working applications (all types of grinding machines). Our customers are located throughout the United States and Canada. Our products are manufactured in USA, Germany, China and Taiwan. Distributed, managed and serviced from our facility in Massachusetts.

Position Summary
This position will be part of developing a national sales strategy representing our complete product line while working with customer service and field service to maintain on going relationships with our customer. Application experience with CNC machining is necessary.

Essential Job Functions
1. Quote, follow up, and process sales orders. Promote and support all product lines
2. Develop and execute strategy for all GMSi Group products
3. Schedule appointments with prospective to develop new business opportunities
4. Identify customers needs relative to their applications and our product solutions
5. Manage progress and update CRM software by territory
6. Maintain and turn in quarterly sales performance reports

Essential Job Requirements
1. Must have strong customer relation building skills
2. Be able to identify opportunity by applying our products to customers’ needs
3. Willing to travel throughout North America and possibly internationally
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, ACT and QuickBooks
5. Organized and able to resolve problems with reasonable ease and work productively with others
6. Must have experience with operating and setting up CNC application (Mitsubishi + Fanuc)
7. Able to implement, improve upon and help manage companywide processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
