Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Territory Manager to complete daily tasks associated with production and business development
• Make quality control visits during maintenance operations and provide feedback and training to field personnel
• Make site visits for in-field measurements
• Visit with clients on-site to identify potential landscape enhancements
• Manage small scale landscape enhancements
• Work with Operations Manager to schedule routine maintenance and enhancement projects
• Provide prompt responses and service to client’s needs and requests
• Continuously engage with clients throughout the duration of contracts to generate repeat sales and to receive feedback on services
• Contact vendors and subcontractors to solicit pricing for project related goods and services
• Review job reports to work within budgets to maintain profitability
• Keep all fertilizer and pesticide logs up to date
• Create maintenance proposals for review and approval prior to submitting to clients
• Utilize sales and business development skills to generate new customers
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor during all client interactions
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Turf Management, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and efficient with time and resources
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Outgoing, problem solver, and self-motivated

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
