Job Summary:

A position within the Beverage Division at G&G Outfitters that supports current Sales Executives within the division and helps to grow the business, specifically the Molson Coors eStore. You will be trained in the Promotional Merchandise Industry while calling on Fortune 500 companies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operation of the Molson Coors eStore in totality which includes: data entry, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, financial oversight of the profitability.
• Sourcing of promotional merchandise.
• Project management and owning workflow of existing orders within Beverage Division.
• Organize order entry, purchasing, and production to ensure successful completion of orders to customers satisfaction and compliance.
• Work with promotional merchandise vendors to source and create new product ideation for our client base.
• Form relationships with current clients to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and track multiple processes.
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Office Software: Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work quickly and make logical smart decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pay excellent attention to detail and follow up.
• Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred)
• 1+ years’ Experience in sales support or order management

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to access all areas of the facility to work with the production staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
