Full description of the position

Alfred Williams & Company is looking for an Account Manager to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales approach. This position is expected to develop and identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts/segments for the company. The Account Manager will:

  • Manage the day-to-day on project accounts
  • Have a full understanding of the business objectives and be a client advocate to ensure the objective are met
  • Build and manager successful relationships on assigned clients
  • Be a team leader that takes initiative and drives business
  • Be detail oriented, well organized, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Meet regularly with designers, project manager and customer administrators to identify and drive sales
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written – be able to articulate client needs to internal team so the project meets the needs of the customer
  • Assist in preparation of client invoices and proposals
  • Work effectively in a project team environment
  • Manage project timing and budget
  • Exceed client expectations and add value to the strategic and creative process
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field, preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving.
  • Leadership abilities to include both verbal and written communication skills.
