The Sales Operations Supervisor will play a critical role supporting key aspects of Vuori’s wholesale day-to-day business operations and processes to support growth. The Sales Operations Supervisor will oversee specialty sales coordinators in their handling of the day-to-day needs of the sales representatives and their corresponding specialty accounts. The Supervisor will make decisions regarding the specialty accounts daily needs and will work cross-functionally with production, allocation and logistics teams to provide superior service to the independent sales representatives and the specialty retailers they support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise specialty sales operation coordinators responsible for their assigned sales representative and associated territories.
• Provide guidance to coordinators ensuring a high level of customer service, timely responses and consistent messaging are being actioned.
• Work closely with AR team to mitigate 30+ day aging, and credit hold status.
• Manage order book fluctuations in accordance with the changing inbound PO deliveries. Communicate changes to sales reps and manage resulting requests.
• Review specialty sales order book after seasonal deadlines and purchase order placement to ensure delivery timelines and product availability are met.
• Manage cancellation requests, reasons for request, analyze validity and need for approval escalation.
• Work closely with the Allocations Coordinator to ensure timely processing of orders, order fulfillment percentage and number of shipments per order .
• Assist with new account onboarding ensuring all customer requirements are understood and met. Routing guides etc.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3-5 years directly related work experience
• Able to work effectively in a fast-past environment with cross functional teams.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Recognize and recommend process improvement
• Ability to problem solve independently
• Data driven and proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in excel
• Full Circle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Comparable ERP experience preferred

Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000
