Overview:
As a Technical Sales Engineer for LOGOMAT automation systems, Inc., you’ll help to create and foster relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Your goals will include seeing to your customer’s conveyor needs and designing the best possible solution to their challenges. You will become partners with your customer contacts and develop great working relationships for success. From phone calls and online meetings to in-person visits and factory tours, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of automation and assembly throughout the world. You have an opportunity to be part of the manufacture of many important products ranging from EV batteries and transmissions to seats and appliances.
Your success will help in building the LOGOMAT brand and expand our reach – while also developing your sales, project management, and technical skills.

Requirements:
Not everyone can be a Technical Sales Engineer. To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to work with CAD and ERP software
Experience:
Experience working directly with the customer (automotive industry is a plus)
Experience with multi-part complex systems
Skills:
Able to work in a team environment
Understands the full cycle sales process
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work constructively with individuals at all levels of responsibility
Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite
Characteristics:
An inquisitive and innovative nature with excellent critical and analytical thinking
Problem-solving guru
Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
Responsibilities:
- Promote LOGOMAT’s innovative products
- Establish new and maintain existing, long-term relationships with customers
- Develop customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, and effectively and efficiently address issues
- Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Help customers solve problems and explore options
- Design a variety of systems for our customers
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will improve performance
- Potential travel to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
