About this Role:
At Nlyte, a division of Carrier Corporation, the Account Manager is responsible for successfully selling enterprise software solutions within the Nlyte software suite. Duties will include identifying business opportunities within your assigned territory; navigating complex sales scenarios from both an end user perspective as well as through our channel partner program, the ability to effectively communicate Nlyte’s value add message to our customers, navigating successful presentations from a sales perspective with a technical expert (SE); preparing formal proposals; negotiations within a complex decision-making process; and overcoming objections to close sales. The Account Manager is also responsible for keeping up on trends in the industry and maintaining a strong knowledge of offered solutions and upholding software and team objectives through internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify business opportunities through marketing generated leads and prospecting.
Initiate telephone calls to develop relationships, identify problems, and propose our software and services.
Navigate the sales process by identifying the need, demonstrating the solution, encouraging the trial, and closing the sale.
Communicate customer demand and trends internally.
Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objections.
Prioritize tasks and multi-task to address current company goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
Document all communications with customers diligently in [please apply online] Professionally represent the company and software at all times.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ year’s sales experience selling IT Software Solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience utilizing CRM Systems, such as Salesforce.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented.
Knowledge of Data Centers is desirable.
Understanding of problems and solutions in scheduling, monitoring, and auditing in an enterprise environment.
Energy and optimism building passion around our customers, software and solutions.
Effective communication and sales reporting to senior Account Director in assigned territory.
Some travel (up to 50%) will be required within the assigned territory.
