Job Summary:

Americas Choice Realty has an immediate position open for experienced and new Real Estate agents. We do own a Mortgage brokerage as well where we specialize in pairing Realtors with Loan Officers as an additional lead source.

If you want to earn an additional split to your own deals with multiple comp plans to suit every agents needs. No monthly or junk fees, TC, conference rooms, office space, in house mortgage company owned by same owner & marketing available. Plus additional marketing money for every deal closed, along with extra income for becoming a coach or through referrals.

• New Agents

If you are new in the industry, just getting licensed or are struggling to consistently close deals we have a training system for you. We take our agents and give them the tools to be extremely successful with our exclusive coaching program. Along with this our support staff is always available to help. If you are trainable have a willingness to do what it takes, and follow through with our system, we want to talk to you.

• Coaching

If you are interested in training agents while also earning additional income, we have a proven system that is only available at Americas Choice Realty. This system has been developed specifically to teach and train upcoming Realtors the secrets and techniques to be successful, and to teach those who are ready to become trainers within our system how to build and manage top producing teams. We will train you to be a Coach, then you just sit back while we do the rest for you. We will recruit the Realtors for your team, manage the paperwork, office staff, in house marketing and more. Plus you will still have time to close your own deals.

• FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to own your own franchise? We can teach you how to open, recruit, train, run your operation and much more. Requirements are that you are a broker or can become a broker.
