Full description of the position

We are looking for a compassionate, friendly, and outgoing personality! Previous experience is not required, all training is provided on site. The candidate we are looking for possesses a desire to provide all of our patients with a WOW experience every time and the ability to succeed in our unique medical/sales environment. Having an eye for fashion with a mix of optical knowledge will be the key for success in this position.

Daily responsibilities include:

-Selling eyewear based on doctor recommendations, this includes frame styling and accurately applying insurance benefits.

-Adjusting and repairing frames, notifying patients of order arrival.

-Troubleshoot any issues patients may have with their eyewear.

-Answering phones and scheduling appointments.

Office Hours: Monday 8-6, Tuesday-Friday 8-5 and 1 Saturday a month from 8-2pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
