Dee-O-Gee is seeking exceptional individuals to join our retail team in Bozeman as full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in specialty retail and fast-paced work environments.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Background in the pet industry and/or animal handling.
• Proven multitasking skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities as a Pet Retail Product Expert:

• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and solutions to clients and their pets.
• Familiarize yourself with common pet ailments to offer the most suitable product recommendations.
• Continually expand your knowledge of Dee-O-Gee's product offerings.
• Advocate for the health and well-being of dogs and cats.
• Share personal experiences with your own pets and pet products.
• Interact with veterinary clinics, organizations, and community groups.
• Foster positive customer interactions by engaging with clients on a personal level.
• Adapt effectively to various personality types.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock retail shelves in the morning, mid-day, and evening.
• Take the initiative in maintaining cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.
• Assist with product unpacking, pricing, and ticketing.
• Complete daily tasks and checklists diligently.
• Uphold a clean and orderly work environment.
• Participate in special events as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and social events.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capacity to stand on concrete floors for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and crouching.
• Comfortable working around pets.
