Thruway Stone is currently seeking an Account Representative to complement our existing team and facilitate our continued growth. Join the expanding Thruway Stone team and get started with an established company that is always busy. The ideal candidate for this position is a reliable and consistent individual who pays attention to detail. A positive and professional attitude is a requirement.

The essential duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Engage with customers over the phone, in person and possible travel to their locations.
• Using a computer with "countertop specific" software.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adapt to and accept constructive feedback and implement necessary corrections in a timely manner.
• Quoting/job pricing and/or scheduling a plus but not required.
• Able to provide and encourage positive attitude of cooperation and collaboration with management and other team members.
• Flexibility and willingness to assume new duties/responsibilities as necessary to respond to project/production needs.
• Construction, cabinet, or countertop sales background preferred but not required; we will train the right individual.

Work Schedule:

• The daily work schedule of the Account Representative is from 8:00am til 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
