We are in need of a Jr. business development representative to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for working with an experienced Sales Manager assisting with the prospecting of new leads and following up with existing clientele. Responsibilities:

• Nurture existing clientele with weekly in person visits.
• Identify prospective new clients via networking events, calls, open houses and broker caravans.
• Utilize title marketing data to help clients grow their business.
• Develop new business opportunities within Santa Barbara county to expand clientele
• Communicate with Escrow and Title Officers to ensure that the client experience is a smooth process.

Qualifications
+1 year of sales experience
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills and a desire for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
