This unique opportunity allows you to be prepared for the insurance industry with a seasoned agent who will show you the ropes on how to sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans to build your book of business. Salary Range: $45463.00 - $65813.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Sell and Solicit/Provide information about insurance products and services
- Follow our proven sales process in every sales interaction
- Follow your individual daily developmental plan
- Work opportunities using our lead management system
- Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients
- Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer???s individual needs
- Handle customer inquiries as necessary
- Follow-up on all new business sales to inquire about Life insurance and referrals
- Develop,maintain and improveknowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist other team members as necessary
Requirements
No Experience Required- Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed-We will help you get licensed!
- Experience working in sales related or customer facing role is beneficial
- MUST be coachable and open to growth
- Maintain positive and self driven attitude
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Candidates must clear a background check
- Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to obtain Insurance License
