~ Seeking an Experienced Assistant Property Manager ~

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to help lead the staff, accommodate the residents, lease apartments, and manage bookkeeping. This professional must demonstrate excellent communication skills, understand bookkeeping, leasing, collections, and operations specific to the industry. Kindness and positive, friendly attitude is imperative to working for Catalyst Property Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping.
• Actively lease apartments, build marketing plans, coordinate move ins/outs.
• Successfully maintain positive relations with residents and prospective tenants.
• Manage unique relationship with various contractors, vendors and maintenance staff.
• Identify safety and risk issues, address immediately.
• Achieve financial goals and communicate progress effectively; prepare reports in a timely manner.
• Identify areas of need throughout policies and physical grounds; communicate or initiate action accordingly.
• Manage escalated resident concerns, professionally and diplomatically.

Other Responsibilities:

• Physically inspect property, document work orders and violations.
• Work hand-in-hand with residents receiving housing assistance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by supervisor or Management.
• Comprehensive understanding of regional laws pertaining to all aspects of property management.
• You must supply your own smartphone to support software.
